Auf der E3 kündigte Microsoft das FastStart Feature für Xbox One an. Mithilfe von Machine Learning erkennt Xbox FastStart, welche Dateien benötigt werden, um direkt weiterspielen zu können. Diese Dateien werden beim Download des Spiels oder eines Updates priorisiert, während unwichtige Teile nach hinten verschoben werden. Dadurch lässt sich laut Microsoft die Wartezeit bis zum Spielstart um die Hälfte verkürzen. Nachdem bereits einige Spiele diese neue Funktion unterstützt hatten, kommen nun weitere hinzu.
